Job summary

Stronger Youth Brands is hiring a full-time Curriculum & Coach Development Specialist to support a new basketball program. This contract-to-hire role focuses on developing curriculum resources, training coaches, and supporting franchise teams with programs, ensuring consistency and high-quality youth learning.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s in education or coaching, plus 2+ years in curriculum design and 3+ years in coach training and public speaking.

Qualifications

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in education, coaching, or related field.
• Experience working with children aged 2-11 in a sports or enrichment setting.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in curriculum design, planning, development, or integration.
• Minimum 3 years of experience training, coaching, mentoring, or developing coaches.
• Minimum 3 years of public speaking, presentation, or facilitation experience.
• Strong understanding of youth sports, physical development, and age-appropriate learning progression.
• Excellent written communication and attention to detail.
• Strong organization and project management capabilities.
• Customer-service mindset with professional and proactive communication skills.
• Ability to balance competing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborative, relationship-focused approach to work.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• A growth mindset and desire to continuously learn, improve, and help others succeed.

Responsibilities

• Create and refine Basketball curriculum for children ages 2-11.
• Coordinate curriculum tutorial videos and collect franchise feedback.
• Develop and support coach training methodologies and resources.
• Maintain LMS portal content and provide LMS admin support to franchise teams.
• Act as subject matter expert on curriculum and training coaches.
