Job summary

Raley's is hiring for a warehouse order selector in Chandler, AZ. You will physically select and move cases from racks, stack on pallets, shrink-wrap, and operate electric pallet jacks for loading and unloading trucks.

The role requires 1+ year of loading/selecting merch in a high-volume DC, ability to pass pre-employment checks, and work in varying temperatures (dry/hot to freezer). Weekly pay and full-time schedule offered.

Qualifications

• Employment history in physically demanding positions is required.
• More than one year experience loading and selecting merchandise in a high volume distribution center is preferred.
• Candidates must demonstrate satisfactory employment history.
• Must pass a pre-employment aptitude test, background check, and drug test.
• Strength and endurance to lift cases weighing 5 to 65 pounds throughout a 10+ hour shift.
• Capability to work in varying temperature ranges (40–90°F dry, 38–55°F refrigerated, -10 to -20°F freezer).

Job Requirements

• Employment history in physically demanding positions is required.
• More than one year experience loading and selecting merchandise in a high volume distribution center is preferred.
• Candidates must demonstrate satisfactory employment history.
• Rotating days off; one weekend off per month; length of the shift may vary (usually 8-10 hours); 9am starting shift; but work until all orders are completed.

Skills Requirements

• Must be able to pass a pre-employment aptitude test, background check, and drug test.
• Must have strength and endurance to continually lift cases weighing from 5 to 65 pounds throughout up to a 10+ hour shift.
• Must be able to work in varying temperature ranges in the department
