ARSIEM Corporation in Fort Meade, MD is seeking a Baseband-Savvy CNO Developer to join our team supporting a government client. The role focuses on baseband development, security, and reverse engineering within a CNO environment.

The ideal candidate has 10 years of software development, strong C programming, and 3 years in cybersecurity/CNO development, with experience on mobile devices. An active TS/SCI with polygraph is required, and U.S. citizenship is mandatory.

Qualifications

• 10 years of software development experience.
• Experience must be in software development or an extremely related discipline.
• 3 years of cybersecurity/CNO-specific development.
• Experience supporting development on or analysis of Mobile devices.
• Strong proficiency in C programming.
• Experience doing reverse engineering on diverse architecture.
• Experience with vulnerability research.
• Degree must be in Computer Science or Computer Engineering (or something extremely similar) with C development and Reverse Engineering within a CNO environment.
• An MS degree may substitute for 2 years of experience; a PhD may substitute for 4 years of experience.
