Job summary

Zoned Inc. is seeking passionate baseball coaches to educate, motivate, and inspire youth players in our national RedHawks program. You will lead practices twice weekly and oversee weekend games/tournaments while promoting enjoyment and skill development.

Qualified coaches will benefit from a nationally recognized brand, travel support, and opportunities to coach across levels, with generous compensation for your commitment and expertise.

Responsibilities

• Coach youth baseball players to educate, motivate and inspire to enjoy the game.
• Conduct practices 2x per week and games/tournaments on weekends.
• Support travel arrangements and contribute to national tournaments and events.

The Zoned RedHawks have been expanding its nationally respected program nationwide and are looking for highly motivated, talented, and passionate baseball coaches to coach within our organization.

About Zoned Sports Academy

Zoned was founded in 2002 with the mission of helping baseball players of all ages and skill levels develop their skills to be the best they can be. In 2112, we then introduced our own RedHawk Travel teams. We started with 4 teams in year 1, 8 teams in year 2, 14 teams in year 3, and 18 teams in year 4.

Our Zoned organization develops players properly and helps to extend their careers beyond high school. To date, over 450 players have moved on to college and professional baseball.

Today the Zoned RedHawks are a highly respected national brand known for its respect, hustle, effort, and professionalism. The Zoned RedHawks place a huge emphasis on developing the whole person to include character, academics, leadership, integrity, loyalty and discipline into the program on all levels.
