EAG-LED is seeking energetic Event Staff and Tournament Directors for baseball events in the Burleson area. You will help set up tournaments, support coaches and families, and ensure games run on schedule while representing the brand in a positive, professional manner.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work weekends (a few weekends each month).
• Previous baseball or sports experience is preferred but not required.
• Willingness to learn and work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the setup and operation of baseball tournaments.
• Support coaches, players, and families throughout the event.
• Help ensure games run smoothly and on schedule.
• Represent the organization in a professional and positive manner.
• Work outdoors in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
