Job summary

The Rehabilitation Coach role is based in Goodyear, AZ, within the Cincinnati Reds’ Baseball Operations – Player Development – Rehab & PT group. The position focuses on designing rehab development plans, coordinating with rehab staff and field teams, and guiding players through recovery to return to competition.

It requires strong interpersonal skills, the ability to multitask, and excellent knowledge of baseball data structures and common software tools.

Qualifications

• Experience with player development and/or scouting within a professional baseball club preferred.
• College and/or professional baseball playing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Rehab staff to develop individualized development plans for rehab players.
• Ensure consistent messaging on development objectives and rehab goals.
• Balance rehab coaching with broader player development objectives.
• Support players throughout rehabilitation to enable return to competition.
