Qualifications

• This internship targets college students interested in sports administration and operations at a baseball-focused company.
• Candidates should demonstrate strong communication and coaching potential.
• Ability to work in person and flexible schedule including nights/weekends are required.
• The program supports college credit where available.

Responsibilities

• Assist planning, prep, and execution of all programming at a world-class facility.
• Learn The Ripken Way and uphold high standards for tournaments nationwide.
• Create a fun, dynamic atmosphere and act as a positive role model for participants.
• Coordinate operations of other Ripken Baseball programming and events.
• Gain knowledge in management and coaching while supporting facility operations.
• Announce games, run scoreboard, and communicate with Tournament Director.
