Job summary

The Philadelphia Phillies are looking for a Korean Interpreter to facilitate communication for players in the Minor League system. This role requires fluency in Korean and English, alongside strong communication skills. The position offers extensive travel with lodging provided and plays a key part in player development.

The ideal candidate will work closely with professional athletes, ensuring smooth communication with coaching and medical staff while supporting players’ day-to-day logistics.

Qualifications

• Fluency in both Korean and English (written and verbal).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide real-time English-to-Korean and Korean-to-English interpretation for a designated player.
• Assist with communication during practices, games, meetings, workouts, and team activities.
• Travel extensively based on the player's assignment within the Minor League system.
