Job summary

All-Star Sports Academy is seeking a Baseball Instructor to provide 1:1 lessons and support camps, clinics, and teams. You will build strong relationships with athletes and families while delivering the Academy curriculum with energy and care.

You will also assist in sales activities and help maintain training center operations, reporting to the general manager as needed. This is a non-exempt, on-site role requiring evenings/weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Coaching, teaching or instructing experience preferred.
• Experience working with youth athletes.
• Strong work ethic and customer focus.
• Excellent communication and energetic attitude.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.
• Team oriented and motivated to succeed.

Responsibilities

• Perform 1:1 lessons with ASSA athletes per the All-Star Way.
• Deliver service with hospitality and positive energy.
• Develop and manage a book of athletes with long-term relationships.
• Support and/or run camps, clinics, and teams.
• Learn and deliver the ASSA curriculum confidently.
• Interact with youth athletes and families daily with great service.
• Assist in outbound sales and business development activities.
• Collaborate with team members on sales approaches and center rentals.
