Job summary

The Williamsport Crosscutters in Williamsport, PA are seeking Grounds Crew interns for the 2027 season at Historic Bowman Field. You will support the Director of Grounds in maintaining a professional baseball field and participate in all aspects of turf care.This hands-on internship offers 40+ hours weekly, some nights and weekends, a $2,000 monthly stipend, housing assistance if needed, and a path to future opportunities within the industry. Start in May and end in August.

Qualifications

• Must be positive and enthusiastic about working in the professional baseball industry.
• Must be professional, courteous, and friendly when dealing with customers, fans, players and other staff members.
• Must have a willingness to work hard.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Director of Grounds in maintaining a baseball field to a high professional standard.
• Involved in all aspects of field maintenance and related programs.
• Operate turf equipment and participate in renovations of mound, plate, bullpens, and infield dirt.
