Qualifications

• Deep BAS and HVAC expertise; teaching experience not required.
• Hands-on field experience preferred.
• Ability to translate complex concepts for varied audiences.

Responsibilities

• Curriculum development & instruction: design and deliver hands-on training on BAS, HVAC, DDC, networking, and troubleshooting.
• Product & integration: develop coursework on BACnet, third‑party interfaces, and Reliable Controls products.
• Lab management: build training materials and practical labs to teach systems thinking and real-world problem solving.
• Cross-functional collaboration: partner with Engineering, Service, Construction, and Tech Support.
• Mentorship & support: coach technicians and strengthen troubleshooting capabilities.
