- Experience reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and work in various weather conditions.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced BAS Installer Lead to join our team. As a BAS Installer Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of BAS installers in the installation and maintenance of building automation systems for our clients.
