Jobot is hiring a controls specialist in San Diego, CA. You will conduct preventive maintenance, repair, installation and commissioning of BAS/BMS controls. The role is roughly 80% field-based at client sites and a company vehicle is provided.

Must have 2+ years of BAS/BMS or commercial HVAC controls experience and be willing to be in the field locally at client sites ~80% of the time. Familiarity with major BAS systems like Schneider Electric, Siemens, JCI, Trane, and Honeywell; Siemens Desigo

• Perform preventative maintenance, repair, installation, and commissioning of BAS/BMS controls.
• Conduct field service at client sites approximately 80% of the time.
• Perform start-up, testing, system diagnostics, and commissioning from system-level controllers to end devices for small to medium retrofit projects.

As a controls specialist on our operations or service team, you will be responsible for conducting preventative maintenance, repair, installation, and commissioning of BAS/BMS controls. This role will be roughly 80% in the field at customer sites and you will be provided a company vehicle. Responsibilities include performing start-up, checking, testing, system diagnostics, and commissioning from system-level controllers to end devices for small to medium-sized new or retrofit projects.

Job Details

MUST HAVE:
