You will deliver exceptional Guest service by being efficient, confident, personable, and an expert on all things beverages. This role is part of the Front of House service team, so great customer service and communication skills are essential. In addition to base pay, you will have excellent earning opportunities through tips. Prior experience in bartending, bar back, or server roles is preferred.

Must be 21 or older.

Bartender Range: $15.49 per hour (plus tips)

Pay Range (Base Pay): Disclosed above.

Other Compensation: Tips, Referral Bonus, Employee Stock Purchase Program (after 1+ years of service, with 20+ hours/week).

Health Insurance: Includes health, vision, dental, accident, critical illness, and hospital indemnity coverage (must be 18+).

Retirement Benefits: 401(k) plan with company match up to 4% (must be 21+, after 1+ years of service, and 1,000+ hours/year).

Paid Time Off: 0.0192 hours for each hour worked (after 1+ years of service, 35+ hours/week).
