Apex Entertainment Marlborough is hiring bartenders to bring energy and precision to a fast-paced bar environment. If you love mixology, enjoy fast service, and excel at guest interaction, this role is for you.

We seek 18+, with 2+ years behind a high-volume bar, TIPS or willingness to obtain, strong cash handling, and the ability to multi-task. Nights, weekends, and holidays required; free attraction access and 50% food discounts are perks.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 2+ years of bartending experience in a high-volume bar or restaurant.
• TIPS certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Solid cash handling experience.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Event bartending experience is a plus.
• Ability to multitask and remain cool under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Mix a variety of cocktails, beers, and beverages with speed, skill, and accuracy.
• Follow established recipes while adding your own flair when appropriate.
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations on drinks, spirits, and pairings.
• Ensure responsible alcohol service by checking IDs and monitoring guest consumption.
• Create a fun, welcoming environment where every guest feels like a regular.
• Share your knowledge of our menu and drink offerings.
• Handle guest inquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Engage with patrons to make their visit memorable - every time.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area.
• Perform opening and closing duties, including restocking and inventory checks.
• Ensure all health and safety standards are met.
• Help out wherever needed - from answering phones to assisting servers.
• Be tuned in to what’s happening around the facility to anticipate guest needs.
• Step into special events, private parties, or corporate gatherings as needed.
• Be ready to take on any tasks assigned by management to support the team.
• Communicate clearly with fellow staff and leadership.
• Maintain a positive, can-do attitude in a fast-paced setting.
• Support your teammates to ensure smooth service throughout every shift.

What We\'re Looking For:

• Must be 18 years or older

• Comfortable lifting up to 40 lbs and standing for long periods

• Availability to work flexible hours - nights, weekends, and holidays required

• Event bartending experience is a plus

• Ability to multitask and remain cool under pressure
