Woven is concepted by Roy Yamaguchi, an esteemed Hawaiian restaurateur who is known as the creator of Hawaiian fusion cuisine. Woven has been crafted to represent the fusion of ideas and blended cuisine with the center goal of bringing people together around food. The three threads within the design pay homage to the Puyallup, Hawaiian, and Japanese culture that will be present and “threaded” throughout the design and cuisine.
