Job summary

The Pub at Schoenbrunn Inn in New Philadelphia, OH is seeking an experienced bartender to join our team. You will craft cocktails, serve guests with a smile, and help maintain a high standard of hospitality during weekend service.

Knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, excellent customer service, and the ability to stand for long periods are essential. Weekend shifts are Friday and Saturday, 3:30 pm–12:30 am, with competitive hourly wages and tips.

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Weekend: Friday/Saturday shifts

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails, beers, and other beverages according to established recipes and standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area.
• Manage bar inventory, including restocking supplies and notifying management of any needs.
• Adhere to all safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
• Handle cash/credit card transactions and opening/closing procedures accurately.

Requirements:

• Bartending experience
• Basic knowledge of mixology, including classic and contemporary cocktails.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work weekends (Friday/Saturday)
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
