Job summary

Sodexo Live is seeking a part-time Bartender Tipped at ORDA - BELLEAYRE SKI RESORT. You will mix and serve drinks, greet guests, and ensure prompt service in a fast-paced setting. Benefits include flexible scheduling and opportunities for growth within Sodexo Live.

Ideal candidates have 0–1 year of related experience, strong customer service, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Must meet age requirements for alcohol service.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• 0–1 year related experience.
• Ability to make a wide range of drink recipes and mix drinks correctly is preferred.
• Must be at or over the minimum age to serve alcohol or bartend per local laws.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests, mixes and serves drinks with garnishes.
• Ensure bar area is fully equipped with tools and products for mixing beverages and serving guests.
• Prepare accurate counts and issue inventory/purchase requisitions to replenish supplies.
• Bartenders should be friendly, tactful and attentive with customers.
• Attends work on schedule with reliable regularity.

What You’ll Do:

As a Bartender Tipped at Sodexo Live, you will provide exceptional customer service, and mix and serve drinks to patrons, directly or through wait staff, quickly and without waste. Bartenders must work well with wait staff and other staff to ensure that customers receive prompt service. The general responsibilities of the position include those listed below, but Sodexo Live may identify other responsibilities of the position. These responsibilities may differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements.

Responsibilities include:

• Greets guests, mixes and serves alcoholic/non-alcoholic drinks, and creates drink recipes with appropriate garnishes.
• Ensure that the assigned bar area is fully equipped with tools and products needed for mixing beverages and serving guests.
• Prepare accurate beginning counts and issue inventory or purchase requisitions as needed to replenish supplies.
• Bartenders should be friendly, tactful and attentive when working with customers.
• Significant walking or other means of mobility.
• Ability to walk or stand for extended periods of time, throughout the entire duration of a shift, which may exceed 8 hours.
• Ability to reach, bend, stoop, push and/or pull, and frequently lift up to 35 pounds and occasionally lift/move 50 pounds.
• Must be able to perform repetitive movements.
• Attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
• Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements.
