Job summary

The Briad Group is seeking a Bartender for their Lounge atop the AC Hotel by Marriott Bridgewater in New Jersey. As a Bartender, you will create high-end, hand-crafted cocktails and provide exceptional hospitality in a fast-paced environment. A minimum of 1-2 years' experience in bartending and knowledge of premium spirits is required, with craft cocktail experience preferred. The position offers competitive pay plus tips and various benefits including medical and 401(k) for full-time associates.

Keys to Success

• 1 - 2+ years’ experience as a professional bartender in a high‑volume lounge, bar, or bar‑focused restaurant is REQUIRED.
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience with premium spirits and wines.
• Craft cocktail experience is Preferred, but not required.
• Charisma, showmanship, and the true desire to help guests enjoy their experience.
