Omni PGA Frisco Resort is a resort in Texas featuring 500 rooms, 10 ranch houses, four pools, Mokara Spa, and various dining options. The Apron is a suburban restaurant at the resort offering breakfast, brunch, and lunch with seasonal ingredients and healthy fare.

Job Summary: The bartender is responsible for providing efficient, friendly customer service and maintaining a clean, professional bar environment. The role requires excellent knowledge of food and beverage offerings and ensures responsible alcohol service.

Responsibilities

• Acknowledge and greet all guests, anticipate guest needs and respond to inquiries or requests.
• Have full knowledge of food and beverage menu.
• Monitor and maintain bar cleanliness, sanitation, and organization.
• Provide silverware and condiments before food presentation.
• Clean and reset bar area after guests depart or drinks are completed.
• Set up and break down the bar properly.
• Follow triple sink procedures.
• Communicate professionally with management, kitchen staff, and serving staff.
• Contribute to a professional workplace that maximizes employee morale, productivity, and effectiveness.
• Work well with a diverse front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house staff.
• Follow all legal requirements for responsible alcohol service, including carding and consumption.
• Accurately take food and beverage orders and record all transactions in Micros system.
• Maintain guest tabs and process payment promptly.
• Monitor pars.
• Sell and upsell products.
• Work in a fast‑paced team environment.

Qualifications
