Job summary

Caesars Entertainment is seeking a bartender to deliver exceptional service at the bar, maintain a clean and stocked area, and assist with event needs.

You will interact with guests and celebrities professionally, greet guests, share accurate venue information, and prepare drinks while handling cash with precision in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Qualifications

  • 6 months bartending or bar apprenticeship experience.
  • At least 1 year money handling position.
  • Knowledge of beverages, glassware and garnishes.
  • Effective English communication, verbal and written.
  • Neat, professional appearance.
  • Schedule flexibility including nights, weekends, holidays and overtime.

Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent service to guests at the bar and keep area clean and stocked.
  • Interact with high profile guests and celebrities professionally.
  • Greet and welcome guests, be a brand advocate with menu and pricing info.
  • Prepare and pour drinks for guests and cocktail servers.
  • Process cash transactions accurately and issue receipts.
  • Follow cash handling policies and ensure integrity in all transactions.
  • Demonstrate highest standards of integrity in all situations.

Job Summary

Theprimaryresponsibilityof theBartenderistoprovideexcellentservice toallguestswhoapproachthe bar,keepsthe barareacleanandstockedatalltimes,andassistwithanyothereventneeds.

  • Must be able to interact with high profile guests and celebrities whilemaintaininga professionaldemeanor.
  • Greetsandwelcomesall guests in a pleasant and professional manner.
  • Be a brand advocate by providing Guests withaccurateinformationregardingour venues,menus,andpricing.
  • Cleans bar area, including bar tops, sinks, glasses,refrigerators,and other bar appliances.
  • Acknowledges,greetsand converses with customers who approach the bar.
  • Prepares and pours all types of drinks for customers and cocktail servers upon request.
  • Processes all cash transactions by accepting money and making necessarychangeaccurately, while presenting customer with bar receipt.
  • May not work out of another person’s cash drawer and must follow the Cash Handling Policy.
  • Ability to uphold anddemonstratethe highest level of integrity in all situations and recognize standards required by a regulated business.

What You Will Need
  • Work requires 6 monthspriorBartender or Bar Apprentice experience.

  • Work requires effective communication in English, both verbal and written form in a professional manner.
  • Must present a neat and professional appearance.
  • Work requires interactions with customers,publicand co-workers.

  • Work requires abilityto accurately count money and provide change.
  • Work requiresschedule flexibility which may include nights, weekends, holidays,and overtimeas needed.

Hourly Rate: $6.13 per hour plus tips
