Job summary

Hyatt Regency Denver Tech Center is seeking an hourly food & beverage team member for bar service and guest interaction in a fast-paced hotel environment. You will greet guests, take orders, prepare beverages, and act as cashier for lounge operations.

This tipped hourly role requires attention to portion control, stock management, and adherence to safety and security procedures. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance and 401-K.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of all State, Federal and Corporate liquor regulations.
• Hold a current Food Handler Card.
• Must have basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation and service of various alcoholic beverages.
• Basic mathematical skills to operate a cash register and balance cash drops.
• Basic English writing skills for requisitions and vouchers.
• Ability to handle garnish, glassware, stock and beverage equipment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests courteously and promote/document drink orders.
• Maintain daily bar setup and restock beer, wine, spirits, and supplies.
• Prepare garnishes, juice and perishables; ensure product quality.
• Handle cash, verify charges, process vouchers, and balance money.
• Lock up/store beverages and equipment; secure cash drops.
