Job summary

Fisher Island Club is seeking a full-time Bartender to join our upscale resort team. Guest-facing role with focus on exceptional service, beverage knowledge, and precise wine and cocktail preparation in a luxury setting.

The ideal candidate has bartending experience at a fine resort or equivalent, strong mixology knowledge, and a professional demeanor. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401(k), paid time off, and meals on site.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Stock and set up bar area as required.
• Prepare and serve drinks.
• Maintain all forms and reports as required.
• Maintain bar and lounge areas as required.
• Perform various janitorial duties as needed.
• Operate all bartending equipment such as mixers, blenders, dispensers, and washers.
• Assist in training new employees.
• Comply with all company standards, i.e., grooming standards, standards of conduct, policies, and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
