Job summary

Marcus Theatres is seeking a bartender to join our service team at the Lincoln location. You will be part of a family-like culture with opportunities to grow while delivering great beverage and guest experiences.

Responsibilities include preparing beverages, verifying age for alcohol service, taking orders, and maintaining a clean bar. We offer flexible or set schedules and full-time benefits for eligible staff.

Qualifications

• Candidates should demonstrate excellent guest service and a positive attitude.
• Ability to communicate clearly with guests and team members.
• Comfort working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Strong cash-handling and accuracy in transactions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare beverages for our guests.
• Verify guests purchasing alcohol are at least 21 years old.
• Interact with guests, take orders, and serve food and drinks.
• Assess guests’ needs and preferences to make recommendations.
• Set up and maintain stock levels for the bar.
• Maintain a clean, organized bar and lounge area.
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations.
• Demonstrate accuracy in transactions and cash handling.
• Keep the bar organized, stocked and clean.
