Job summary

Marcus Theatres is seeking a bartender to join our service team at Lincoln. You will prepare beverages, take guest orders, serve food and drinks, and ensure a welcoming, high-quality experience for guests in a fast-paced environment.

We value upbeat team players with a positive attitude, strong communication, and a focus on beverage quality and guest satisfaction. Training is provided, and employment supports a lively, professional bar setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume beverage service is preferred.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.
• Ability to handle cash and transactions accurately.

Responsibilities

• Prepare beverages for guests.
• Verify guests purchasing alcohol are at least 21.
• Interact with guests, take orders, and serve food and drinks.
• Assess guests’ needs and preferences to make recommendations.
• Set up and maintain appropriate stock levels for the bar.
• Maintain a clean, well-organized bar and lounge area.
• Comply with all beverage preparation and service regulations.
• Demonstrate accuracy in transactions and cash-handling skills.
• Keep the bar organized, stocked and clean.
