Job summary

Marcus Theatres is seeking a bartender to join the Service Team in a dynamic, fast-paced movie-theatre environment. You will craft beverages, engage with guests, and contribute to a fun, high-energy bar and lounge experience.

We value a positive attitude, excellent communication, and teamwork as you ensure beverage quality and guest satisfaction while maintaining bar organization and compliance with regulations.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic in a fast-paced bar.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team in a high-volume setting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare beverages for guests.
• Verify guests purchasing alcohol are at least 21 years old.
• Interact with guests, take orders, and serve food and drinks.
• Assess guests’ needs and preferences to make recommendations.
• Set up and maintain stock levels for the bar.
• Maintain a clean, well-organized bar and lounge area.
• Comply with all food and beverage preparation and service regulations.
• Demonstrate accuracy in transactions and cash-handling skills.
• Keep the bar organized, stocked and clean.
