Aramark is seeking a Bartender to craft cocktails and beverages for guests, greet customers, and manage transactions in a fast-paced setting. You will contribute to a welcoming atmosphere while upholding safety and service standards.

The ideal candidate has bartender experience, knowledge of recipes and trends, and the ability to obtain required alcohol service certifications. A flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, is preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a bartender preferred.
• Knowledge of bartending principles, recipes and current trends.
• Able to obtain all Aramark and state/local required alcohol service certifications.
• Displays phenomenal hospitality and beverage knowledge.
• Demonstrates organizational and multi-tasking skills, accuracy and attention to detail.
• Requires lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling up to 25 lb.
• Enjoys a fast-paced, fun work environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Greets guests and takes orders, processes cash and card transactions.
• Mixes and serves both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
• May provide drinks from the service well for servers.
• Complies with alcohol service policies and checks IDs for legal age.
• Maintains cash handling accuracy and security.
• Sets up and breaks down workstations; cleans and sanitizes.
• Performs inventory counts and ensures product stock levels.
• Delivers excellent guest service and anticipates guest needs.
• Keeps a positive demeanor with guests and colleagues.
• Protects company assets and information.

Essential functions and responsibilities of the position may vary by Aramark location based on client requirements and business needs.

Job Responsibilities

• Greets guests and takes orders, processes cash and credit card transactions
• Mixes and serves both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
• May include providing servers drinks from the service well
• Adheres to all established alcohol service policies and safe drinking guidelines including checking patrons' identification to ensure that they meet minimum age requirements for alcohol consumption
• Adheres to cash handling policies
• Sets up and breaks down workstations, including cleaning and sanitizing
• Takes inventory counts and ensures product is stocked to appropriate levels
• Provides excellent guest service, anticipating guests' needs and ensuring guest satisfaction
• Maintains a positive demeanor towards guests, clients, co-workers, etc.
• Ensures security of company assets
