Join our growing team! Oliver Companies, headquartered in Duluth, MN, is a leading property management company operating since 1978. We excel in hotel development and management, with properties across the country affiliated with Hilton, IHG, Choice, and Marriott.

Property Location: Hyatt Place | Cape Canaveral, FL

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Provide exceptional guest service and promptly address guest inquiries and concerns.
  2. Prepare condiments for beverage garnishments.
  3. Present menus and inform guests of specials and promotions.
  4. Verify age requirements for alcohol purchase.
  5. Prepare beverages according to standard procedures.
  6. Operate restaurant and bar equipment, including POS systems and telephones.
  7. Maintain knowledge of menu options, preparation methods, and ingredients.
  8. Clean glassware using three-compartment sinks or dish tanks.
  9. Maintain hand wash stations with soap and towels.
  10. Process payments following established procedures.
  11. Monitor guests' alcohol consumption limits.
  12. Stock and maintain beverage inventories.
  13. Uphold safety policies for guests and staff.
  14. Maintain cleanliness throughout the department.
  15. Assist team members and other departments to ensure operational efficiency.
  16. Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership.
Qualifications
  1. Must meet minimum age requirements by law.
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Ability to handle stressful situations professionally.
  4. Conduct work professionally.
