Rio Las Vegas is seeking a Bartender to oversee all aspects of the bar, from drink preparation to service, while ensuring stock levels meet demand during shifts. The role includes guiding an Apprentice Bartender and handling all drink orders and payments in a fast-paced setting.
The position requires at least 1 year of bartending experience, strong cash handling and customer service skills, and flexibility to work nights and weekends.
The primary responsibility of the Bartender is to oversee all aspects of the bar, from preparation to service, and to ensure that supplies and stock are at sufficient levels to accommodate business demands during their shift. They also provide guidance to the Apprentice Bartender and are responsible for mixing and serving drinks to customers during their shift, as well as accounting for all stock and supplies used. All duties are to be performed in accordance with the company's policies and procedures.

Must be able to qualify for licenses and permits required by federal, state and local regulations.
Must be able to work under time constraints and within established deadlines.
Must regularly lift and/move up to 20 pounds, and must have the ability to push, pull, reach, bend, twist, kneel and balance when performing job duties in varying work areas such as confined spaces.
Work is performed indoors in a climate-controlled environment and exposed to various environmental factors such as but not limited to noise, dust, and smoke.
