Makeready LLC is seeking a part-time bartender for Emeline in Charleston, SC. We prize warm hospitality, attentiveness, and a strong foundation in mixology.

The ideal candidate has extensive knowledge of cocktail recipes and wine pairing, can mix traditional drinks and craft creative libations, and consistently delivers excellent service. You will maintain cleanliness and organization, ensure responsible alcohol service, welcome guests with a smile, and contribute to a welcoming,

Competenze

Frannie & the Fox is clever, comfortable, and cool. Emeline's three meal a day experience that comes in the form of a 'foodie' but never pretentious.

We seek the craftsman that knows and appreciates the art of the cocktail. This individual is knowledgeable about mixology and is capable of mixing traditional drinks as well as crafting creative libations. They increase customer retention and loyalty by mixing and serving quality cocktails with impeccable customer service and a smiling face.

Requested Tasks

• Authentically acknowledge and welcome guests with emphatic and warm hospitality
• Remain curious and knowledgeable about all product and service standards in order to elevate each guest experience
• Maintain a level of efficiency excellence while keeping an eye on cleanliness and organization
• Remaining mindful of appropriate verbiage and demeanor with team members and guests at all times
• Responsible alcohol service is of top priority
• Prior experience as a bartender is required
• An extensive knowledge of cocktail recipes and wine pairing options required
• A proactive and thoughtful nature
• Professional demeanor and thoughtful nature
