Job summary

Sodexo is seeking a Bartender Non-Tipped at Neal S. Blaisdell Center in Honolulu. This part-time role involves preparing and serving drinks, working with servers to deliver fast, friendly service, and maintaining a clean, well-stocked bar area.

You bring a HS diploma or GED (or equivalent) and 0–1 year of relevant experience; you must be of legal drinking age. Flexible shifts, varied days, and opportunities for training and growth are offered along with Sodexo’s benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• 0–1 year of relevant bartending experience.
• Must be of legal drinking age to serve alcohol per local/state laws.

Responsibilities

• Receive guests, mix and serve drinks with and without alcohol, and create recipes with appropriate garnishes.
• Ensure the bar area is fully stocked with tools and products to mix drinks and serve customers.
• Prepare start counts and issue inventory or purchasing orders as needed to replenish supplies.
• Be cordial, diplomatic and attentive with customers.
• Stand or walk for long periods; ability to reach, bend, push and pull; lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.
• Perform repetitive movements as required and arrive on time for scheduled shifts.
• Other duties may be assigned and may vary by account.
