Responsibilities

• Mix and serve beverages accurately and efficiently to guests and servers.
• Use high‑quality spirits, liqueurs, fruits, fresh herbs and spices to create sensational drinks.
• Greet guests, take beverage orders from restaurant servers or directly from guests.
• Mix cocktails and other bar beverages in compliance with company standards.
• Maintain bottles, glasses, and bar area in an attractive, functional, and clean manner.
• Provide information on wine characteristics, evaluate guests’ needs, and serve wine using proper service techniques.
• Work with culinary team to create mixers and garnishes.
• Check identification of guests to verify age requirements for alcohol purchase.
• Handle cash and balance receipts, collect payments for drinks.
• Equip bar area with necessary tools, replenish supplies, and prepare inventory requisitions.
• Serve food items to guests at the bar.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
• Attend mandatory meetings and perform general cleaning tasks.
• Complete other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years experience as a bartender.
• Extensive knowledge of drink recipes and wine.
• Ability to create and serve drinks in a timely manner.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage preparations, service standards, guest relations, and etiquette.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Ability to work long hours, flexible shifts, including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team during setup and execution.
• Willingness to exceed guest expectations.
• Ability to listen to and take direction from a supervisor.
• Personal hygiene and well‑groomed appearance.
• Must be able to transport up to 50 lbs continuously.
• Must have a working email for communications.
