Job summary

Hospitality Ventures Management Group is seeking a Bartender/Mixologist to craft classic and creative cocktails in a vibrant hotel bar. You will engage guests, manage bar inventory, and keep a clean, organized area while delivering outstanding service with mixology flair.

Ideal candidates bring hospitality experience and a keen eye for detail, plus a friendly demeanor that reflects HVMG’s Culture of Excellence. Evening/weekend availability may be required.

Qualifications

• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Sufficient education and/or literacy to identify/read product labels and communicate with guests.

Bartender/Mixologist

As a Bartender/Mixologist you’ll craft classic and creative beverages while delivering exceptional service in a vibrant, welcoming atmosphere. You’ll engage with guests, manage bar inventory, and ensure a clean, organized bar environment. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for hospitality, strong attention to detail, and a flair for mixology.

Key Responsibilities

• You will be the life of the party at our hotel bar, creating innovative and delicious cocktails that delight our guests.
• Your daily tasks will include mixing and serving drinks, maintaining the cleanliness of the bar area, and providing exceptional customer service.
• You will report to the Beverage Manager or Bar Supervisor.
• A job as a bartender/mixologist can lead to opportunities as a bar manager, sommelier, or even food and beverage manager, making it an excellent choice for those who are passionate about the hospitality industry.

Education & Experience

Hotel experience is always a plus! Applicants should have

Additional consideration will be given to applicants who have completed special certifications, such as bartender certification.
