Job summary

Chili's in Hawaii is seeking friendly bartenders to deliver excellent service behind the bar, share knowledge of drinks and menu items, and create a lively, welcoming atmosphere for Guests. The role requires energy, reliability, and a willingness to work in a fast-paced dining environment.

You will be responsible for maintaining bar cleanliness, handling payments, and ensuring compliance with responsible service of alcohol policies.

Qualifications

• Must be of legal drinking age where the role is located
• Able to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for long periods
• Previous bartending experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide an enjoyable bar experience for every Guest
• Remain visible behind the bar at all times to assist Guests and Team Members
• Possess up-to-date knowledge of all food and beverages
• Provide responsible service of alcoholic beverages
• Keep glasses, bar equipment, and working areas clean
• Demonstrate excellent time management and multi-tasking skills
• Contribute to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment

About You

• Positive, outgoing attitude with a genuine desire to exceed Guest's expectations
• Meets minimum age requirement in your locality for this position
• Thinks and acts quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Able to reach, bend, and frequently and lift up to 30 pounds
• Team player
• Previous bartending experience is a plus
