Position Details

Position Title: Bartender

Pay Rate: $16.66 plus tips

Job Summary

Prepares and serves beverages to guests in a friendly, courteous, and timely manner.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Adheres to liquor regulations regarding serving alcohol to minors and intoxicated guests.
2. Sets up the bar, stocks beer, wine, spirits, and supplies.
3. Maintains stock and freshness of garnishes, juices, and perishables.
4. Greets guests courteously.
5. Processes drink orders, mixes drinks, and garnishes.
6. Checks IDs for guests.
7. Detects guest intoxication and acts accordingly.
8. Handles cash, verifies charges, and records transactions.
9. Secures beverage and cash assets.
10. Maintains cleanliness and organization of the work area.
11. Arranges bottles and glasses attractively.
12. Washes and sterilizes stemware.
13. Performs other duties as assigned.
