Pay: $16.00 / hour plus tips

Responsibilities:

1. Mixing and Serving: Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and creativity, ensuring exceptional quality and presentation.
2. Customer Service: Provide attentive and friendly service to guests, making them feel welcome and ensuring a memorable dining experience.
3. Menu Knowledge: Have an in-depth understanding of the restaurant's beverage menu, including signature cocktails, wines, and spirits, and offer recommendations to guests.
4. Cash Handling: Accurately handle cash, credit card transactions, and manage tabs, ensuring complete accountability at all times.
5. Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including the proper storage of glassware, utensils, and bar tools.
6. Compliance: Adhere to all local and state alcohol service regulations, ensuring responsible beverage service.
7. Inventory Control: Monitor and replenish bar supplies, ensuring stock levels are adequate, and report any shortages to the management.
8. Collaboration: Work closely with the restaurant staff and management to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
9. Customization: Be open to special requests and customize drinks based on guests' preferences, as appropriate.
10. Problem Solving: Handle guest concerns and complaints professionally, seeking prompt solutions and involving management when necessary.

Qualifications:

• Previous bartending experience in a high-end restaurant or similar upscale establishment.
• Extensive knowledge of mixology, cocktail preparation, and presentation.
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in handling cash and POS systems.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
