Job Summary

Prepares and serves beverages to guests in a friendly, courteous, and timely manner.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Adheres to liquor laws regarding serving minors and intoxicated guests.
2. Sets up bars, stocks beer, wine, spirits, and supplies.
3. Maintains stock and quality of garnishes, juices, and perishables.
4. Greets guests courteously.
5. Takes and prepares drink orders, garnishes, and presents drinks.
6. Checks IDs for proper identification.
7. Detects guest intoxication and acts accordingly.
8. Handles cash, makes change, and verifies charges.
9. Secures beverage and cash assets.
10. Performs cleaning tasks to meet health standards.
11. Arranges bottles and glasses attractively.
12. Washes and sterilizes stemware.
13. Performs additional duties as assigned.
