• One year bartending experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up bars and stock beer, wine, spirits, glassware, ice and garnishes.
• Maintain stock and prepare fresh garnishes and perishables to ensure quality.
• Greet guests in a courteous, friendly manner.
• Take and process drink orders; mix and present drinks per recipes; manage portions.
• Check IDs to verify age; enforce liquor laws.
• Receive payments and verify charges; ensure vouchers are correct.
• Lock up and store beverages and equipment after service.
• Keep the work area clean and organized to health standards.
• Arrange bottles and glasses for an attractive bar display.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
