Job summary

Eurest in Indianapolis is hiring immediately for full-time and part-time Bartender positions at our Delta location (7800 Col. H. Weir Cook Memorial, Indianapolis, IN 46241).

The role serves beverages, adheres to liquor regulations, handles cashier duties, maintains bar stock, and keeps a clean work area. Schedule Friday–Thursday; hours vary. Experience required; internal referral bonus available.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to liquor regulations for serving alcohol.
• Sets up bars, stocks beer, wine, spirits, and garnishes.
• Maintains stock and prepares garnishes to ensure quality.
• Greets guests warmly and handles drink orders.
• Mixes and serves drinks using standard recipes; controls portions.
• Checks IDs for proper identification.
• Handles cash, processes charges, and records transactions.
• Cleans and sanitizes bar area and equipment.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
