Job summary

Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood is seeking an experienced bartender to mix and serve drinks in a fast-paced casino environment. You will maintain high cleanliness, ensure guest satisfaction, and interact with guests professionally while following established policies and procedures.

The role requires a high-school diploma (GED) and Mixology certification; two years of high-volume bartending experience; TIPs and Sanitation certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Mixology certificate.
• Minimum 2 years in high-volume bartending; TIPS and Sanitation certifications preferred.
• Basic math skills necessary for cash handling and transactions.

Responsibilities

• Prepares all drinks according to established recipes.
• Serves guests and servers following policy; acts as cashier at front and service bars.
• Receives monies and settles guest checks per policies.
• Maintains clean, safe work area; adheres to safety standards.
• Provides positive guest experience; interacts cordially and professionally.
• Complies with Gaming Commission Regulations and Seminole Tribe policies.
• Supports responsible gaming by reporting concerns to management.
