Job summary

Landry's, LLC. is seeking a Bartender to deliver exceptional beverage experiences with professional service. You will understand guest needs, prepare beverages to spec, and help drive sales while maintaining bar efficiency.

Role requires 1 year bartending and 1 year serving experience preferred, with strong English communication and a guest-focused attitude. Shifts include mornings, nights, weekends and holidays in a dynamic hotel setting.

Qualifications

• 1 year of bartending experience or equivalent
• 1 year of food serving experience preferred
• Must be able to speak and understand English

Responsibilities

• Consistently deliver positive, courteous and professional guest service.
• Discover guest needs and suggest beverages to enhance their experience and meet sales goals.
• Take food orders for sit-down and to-go orders.
• Be the master of the bar, ensure proper preparation for smooth shifts.
• Maintain par levels of stock and supplies (garnishes, beers, wine, liquor, barware).
• Accurately handle money and comps, follow cash policies.
