Job summary

King's Fish House in California is seeking seasoned Bartenders for both part-time and full-time roles. You will earn about $17.75 per hour plus tips, with weekly take-home estimates ranging from $500 to $1,200 depending on schedule and guests.

The position requires a minimum 21 years of age, 3 years of bartending experience, a CA Food Handler’s Card, and excellent English communication. We offer growth opportunities, comprehensive benefits, and a friendly team in a welcoming setting.

Qualifications

• 21+ years old to serve alcohol
• 3+ years bartender experience in a high-volume setting with craft cocktails
• Current CA Food Handler’s Card
• Fluent English communication with guests, management and coworkers
• Basic math calculations
• Knowledge of bartender steps of service and KSC standards

Responsibilities

• Open duties as assigned.
• Take and input Guests' orders, upsell where possible.
• Make and serve alcoholic beverages to Guests and servers.
• Maintain bar cleanliness and organization.
• Open wine/champagne bottles for Guests.
• Prepare coffee per restaurant standards.
• Serve food courses and non-alcoholic drinks.
• Greet Guests, anticipate needs and respond promptly.
• Interact courteously with Guests and team.
• Close bar after shift and document closing tasks.
