Job summary

Dogwood Country Club in Raleigh, NC is seeking a bartender who will also participate in golf and retail operations. This is a vibrant, family-owned business with exceptional scheduling and great hours conducive to tips.

You will manage the beverage service and assist members with golf and retail purchases, while helping with stocking, preparation, and cleaning. The role includes handling wine, beer, and spirits, providing confident guest answers, and supporting private or corporate events.

Qualifications

• Experience bartending in a high-volume hospitality setting.
• Ability to assist with golf-related services and retail transactions.
• Excellent guest service and beverage knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Administer beverage program (wine + beer + spirits)
• Attend to member/guest needs, i.e. assist with golf simulator or retail purchases
• Daily stocking, preparation, and cleaning
• Answer guest questions confidently and accurately
• Oversee bar operations for unique private or corporate events
