Harrah's Resort Southern California in Valley Center, CA is seeking a full-time bartender to deliver friendly, excellent service at the Casino Bars. You will prepare and pour drinks for guests and cocktail servers, handle all cash transactions accurately, and keep the bar clean and well stocked.

Two years of bartending experience, a high school diploma or equivalent preferred, and the ability to learn entertainment pouring are required.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Must be able to work in a smoke filled and noisy environment and maneuver through assigned area during entire shift.
  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
  • Must be able to lift items up to 75 pounds.
  • Must be able to stoop, bend and reach.
  • Able to use hand motion when preparing and pouring all types of drinks for customers and cocktail servers.
  • Able to use hand motion when cleaning and wiping bar counter.
  • Able to bend, pull and carry bar stock to refrigerators and cabinets.
  • Responds to visual and aural cues.
  • Able to complete required paperwork for cash transactions.
  • Able to operate a variety of equipment.
  • Must be able to simultaneously handle the demands of many customers.

Pay: $16.50 an hour plus tips
