• Great verbal and written communication skills
• Flexible availability to work late nights, weekends, holidays, and weekdays as needed
• Prior bartending experience required

Responsibilities

• Wipe, clean, and polish the bar counter, shelves, bottles, glasses, and equipment
• Inventory and stock the bar for setup with beverages, garnishes, and supplies
• Receive drink orders from patrons and wait staff
• Mix ingredients according to standard recipes
• Ring drink and food orders into the register
• Count inventories and restock the bar
• Stock clean glassware on glass shelves
• Slice, peel, and garnish fruits
• Disassemble and clean blenders and equipment
• Handle shift meals payments and make change
• Count and reconcile banks at shift start/end
• Check IDs to verify age
• Socialize at bar with patrons
• Break down bar and restock to closing par levels
