Qualifications

• Must meet the minimum age requirement and authorized to work in the country.
• Ability to bend, reach, stoop and lift up to 30 pounds safely.
• Ability to remain standing for an 8 - 12 hour shift.
• Team player with attention to detail and ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming guests and greeting every guest with a smile when seated.
• Setting up the bar prior to opening and restocking as needed.
• Suggestively selling drinks, appetizers, and desserts.
• Making drinks to standard using the recipe, glassware, and garnish.
• Taking food and drink orders, entering them into the POS.
• Checking back with guests for refills and clearing tables.
• Delivering and settling the check in a timely manner.
• Following all food safety standards.
