Job summary

Suntex Marinas is seeking a Bartender to serve drinks and food with a friendly, can-do attitude at our Sarasota properties.

You will take orders, upsell menu items, maintain knowledge of offerings, and ensure accurate payments. You must assist with monthly inventory and uphold sanitation standards.

A high school diploma is preferred; restaurant or customer service experience is helpful, and a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Restaurant or customer service experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of sanitation procedures.
• Must have flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays during busy season

Responsibilities

• Take drink and food orders from customers accurately and with a positive attitude
• Knowledge of the menu with the ability to upsell and make suggestions
• Accurately count inventory on the last day of the month
