Job summary

A family-owned restaurant chain in Orland Township is seeking a Bartender who will be responsible for welcoming guests, preparing drinks, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Ideal candidates should possess great customer service skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. The pay range is $15.00 - $25.00 per hour, and there are opportunities for advancement within the company.

Qualifications

• Must meet the minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the country.
• Ability to bend, reach, stoop and lift up to 30 pounds safely.
• Ability to remain standing for an 8 – 12 hour shift.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming guests and greeting every guest with a smile.
• Setting up the bar and restocking beverages as needed.
• Suggestively selling drinks, appetizers, and desserts.
• Making all drinks to standard using the recipe and garnish.
• Accurately taking food and drink orders and entering them properly.
• Checking back with guests to provide refills.
• Delivering and settling the check in a timely manner.
• Following all food safety standards.
