Job summary

Chili's in Baton Rouge is seeking friendly bartenders to craft great drinks and provide engaging hospitality in a lively dining atmosphere.

You will greet guests, know the menu, serve alcohol responsibly, maintain a clean station, and collaborate with the team to deliver fast, accurate service in a high-volume setting. Prior bartending is a plus; must meet local age requirements and be able to lift 30 pounds.

Qualifications

• Experience in bartending is preferred.
• Must meet minimum age requirement in locality.
• Able to lift up to 30 pounds.
• Excellent guest service and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Provide an enjoyable bar experience for every Guest
• Remain visible behind the bar at all times to assist Guests and Team Members
• Possess up-to-date knowledge of all food and beverages
• Provide responsible service of alcoholic beverages
• Keep glasses, bar equipment, and working areas clean
• Demonstrate excellent time management and multi-tasking skills
• Contribute to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment
