P.F. Chang's is hiring Bartenders in Carlsbad, California. Full-time or part-time hourly positions offer a base pay rate of $16.90 per hour plus tips, with on-the-job training and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Must meet state minimum age requirements for serving alcohol.
• Excellent customer service and etiquette.
• Ability to maintain sanitation and safety procedures.
• Current Food Handlers Card, or ability to obtain where applicable.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team environment.
• Knowledge of sanitation and safety procedures.

Responsabilités

• Delivers amazing hospitality experience to guests anticipating, delivering, and exceeding guests' expectations.
• Make and execute P.F. Chang's cocktails, including garnishes.
• Operate and clean bar equipment and assist in inventories and restocking.
• Understand seating layout and how tables are divided to deliver food within the restaurant.
• Partners with other hospitality service team to ensure the Guests have everything they need.
• Ability to learn how to set and clear a table neatly and efficiently according to P.F. Chang's China Bistro specifications
• Follow company procedures for responsible alcoholic service.
